Verrely – Returns and Cancellations Policy
At Verrely, operated by DCSS GLOBAL LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a pleasant shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following returns and cancellations policy, applicable to orders shipped within the United States and internationally.
1. Right to Cancel and Return Window
You may cancel or return your order within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your goods, without having to give any reason.
To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, or to request a return, please contact our customer service team, quoting your order number and the item(s) you wish to cancel or return.
2. Return Conditions
For your return to be accepted, please ensure that:
- The product is returned unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which you received it.
- The product is returned in its original packaging, with all labels and accessories included.
- The product is accompanied by proof of purchase or a delivery note.
We reserve the right to refuse a return, or to apply a partial refund, if the product shows signs of use, damage, or handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function.
3. Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect due to an error on our part — in which case Verrely (DCSS GLOBAL LLC) will cover the return shipping cost.
4. Returns Procedure
To return a product:
- Contact our customer service team, stating your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- You will receive instructions on how and where to send the item back.
- Pack the item securely, including proof of purchase or a delivery note, and ship it to the address provided.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days from the date we receive the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a Verrely error or a faulty or damaged product.
6. International Customers
If you are located outside the United States, you may be entitled to additional cancellation, return, or refund rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in this policy limits or replaces any statutory rights you may have under applicable local law. Where local law provides more favorable terms than this policy, those terms will apply.
Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply to returned items, unless the return is due to a Verrely error or a faulty or damaged product.
