Verrely – Shipping Policy
At Verrely, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and enjoyable online shopping experience. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders within the United States and to select international destinations.
1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as to select international destinations, including the United Kingdom.
Please note that delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and certain international destinations may be slightly longer than to other areas due to carrier logistics and, where applicable, customs clearance.
2. Order Processing and Delivery Times
2.1. Order Processing — Orders are generally processed within 24–48 hours (1–2 business days) after payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or promotional sales.
2.2. Delivery Times — We currently offer Standard Delivery only:
- Domestic (United States): 5–7 business days
- International: 5–7 business days
These are estimated timeframes and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing for international orders, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Carriers
We work with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery. For domestic (United States) and general international orders, we use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, we use Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD. The carrier used for your order will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email.
4. Shipping Costs
4.1. Standard Delivery — Standard shipping costs $4.90 per order, for both domestic (United States) and international deliveries.
4.2. Free Shipping — We offer free standard shipping on domestic and international orders above $50. Current thresholds and promotions are available on our website.
We do not currently offer an expedited/express delivery option. If this changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel via the carrier's website. You can also check your order status by logging into your Verrely account under "My Orders."
6. Lost or Damaged Orders
6.1. Delivery Delays — If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer service team at support@verrely.com. We will investigate with the carrier and keep you updated.
6.2. Damaged Packages — If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the damaged item and packaging where possible. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
6.3. Lost Packages — If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
7. Changes to Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@verrely.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is dispatched, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been shipped.
8. International Orders
For orders shipped outside the United States, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost or product price and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery.
International delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, which is outside of Verrely's control.
